Questions

What's the % after year one?: Negotiated per club. It only applies to memberships of members we brought through the referral system. Never on members you already had.
What counts as bringing a member?: A signup tracked through the osocios referral system. If we can't prove attribution, they don't count.
Can I stop after we hit 100?: Yes. We hand you the platforms; you run them; we keep our % on referred members only.
What if I stop mid-year, before we hit 100?: You keep what's been built. If we didn't hit 100, there's no % to pay yet. The €1000 covers year one setup.
How is this different from the standard Growth add-on?: Growth (add-on) is %-only, from day one, at €99/mo minimum. Grow Max is a one-time €1000 for full setup, a hard commitment to 100 members, and %-only after that.
Who is Grow Max for?: Independent clubs whose owners want to grow but don't want to run socials and content themselves. You focus on the club; we focus on the pipeline.
