You create events in the admin panel, choose per event whether it appears on your public page, collect Event RSVPs from members in the portal, and check attendees in from the staff console. The RSVP records intent; the check-in verifies attendance and can award Reward Spins.

In the admin panel, open Events and create a new event: title, date, start time, description and an image. Events support an end time and recurring schedules, so a weekly session only needs to be created once.
Each event has a public toggle. Public events appear on your club's public page, where anyone can find them; non-public events are only visible to members inside the portal. Use public events to attract new members and members-only events for the community.
Members see the event in the portal calendar and tap RSVP to say they plan to attend. An Event RSVP is a member's stated intent to attend, not a record of attendance, and the member can cancel it before the event. The RSVP list tells you how many people to expect.
On the day of the event, staff open the staff console and check each member in, either by entering the member code or by picking the member from the RSVP list. The check-in is the verified record that the member actually attended.
A check-in can award Reward Spins: extra spins on the club's prize wheel, added to the member's spin balance. Set the number of spins on the event, and attendance becomes something members chase instead of something you chase.

| What it is | A member's stated intent to attend an event; not the same as attendance | An advance booking for a future visit, with disclaimer and age confirmation |
| Where it happens | The event calendar in the member portal | A public preregistration link shared by the club |
| How it is confirmed | Staff check the member in at the door; the verified attendance record can award Reward Spins | Staff approve it in the Pre-registrations queue |
The Event RSVP is the member saying they plan to attend; the check-in is the staff-verified record that they actually did. Only the check-in counts as attendance, and only the check-in can award Reward Spins.
