Getting started: set up your club on osocios

  1. Create your club

Open osocios.club/onboarding and follow the guided steps: choose your club name, sign in with Google and confirm. Your club gets its own address at osocios.club/your-club, and the admin panel opens as soon as you finish.

  2. Add your branding

In the admin panel, open Branding. Upload your logo and pick your primary and secondary colors. The member portal applies them immediately, so everything your members see carries your brand, not ours.

  3. Add your first members

Open People in the admin panel and add each member. osocios assigns every member a member code automatically; that code is what the member uses to log in to the portal. You stay in control: the club creates every account.

  4. Share the member portal

Send your members the link to your portal: osocios.club/your-club. They log in with their member code, with no password and no app download. The portal is a web app they can install on their home screen like a native app.

  5. Publish your public page

Every club also gets a public page at osocios.club/your-club/public with your description, photos, opening hours and public events. Fill it in from the admin panel and use it as your club's web presence; search engines index it, so new members can find you.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to get started?

There is a free plan to start. Paid plans add the branded member portal and full daily operations; see osocios.club/pricing for the current tiers.

Do my members need to download an app?

No. The member portal is a web app that runs in the browser. Members can install it on their home screen like a native app, and it supports push notifications.

How do members log in?

With the member code the club gives them. There are no passwords to manage: the code identifies the member, and the session stays active on their device.

Can I run osocios in Spanish?

Yes. The whole platform is bilingual, English and Spanish: the admin panel, the staff console and the member portal.
